Shipment :

We use USPS and UPS to ship your order. Our default option is Priority Mail, unless the expedite service has been required. Priority Mail shipment can be traced after the fifth business day, so please do not submit a claim before then. If you require your shipment to be delivered on schedule, please choose the next day, or second day delivery, accordingly. Please allow us to have enough time to process your order (usually it takes about one business day).

We recommend purchasing insurance to protect against loss and damages. Insurance does not cover the shipment of liquids, so if you must have those shipped, we and the insurance company are not liable for such loss or damage.

Claims:

Please check the package thoroughly before you make a claim of shortage and always refuse the damaged package. All claims must be made within two days of receipt of package. No deductions from the invoice and no return without approval of our company staff.

Return :

The prescription (mixed) herbs are not returnable.The pattern formula must be returned unopened and in good condition (the seal is intact) and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All return items must be prearranged with authorization. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.

To avoid returns, we advise using the herbal supplements only after consulting with your accupuncturist or herbalist.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. On-line orders can be paid by credit card only. Orders sent by postage mail can be paid by credit card, check or money order.

SALES TAX 8.875% will be added to all orders shipped within New York State. Any mail order, paid by check or money order and shipped to a New York State address, must include sales tax.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING Shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States:

USPS and UPS shipping costs vary depending on distance and weight. Charges are based on standard rates + $3 handling fee. It takes about 3-7 business days to deliver via USPS and UPS.

We do not ship overseas because foreign customs may reject or add a heavy tax on herbal supplements. Special shipment could be made if you make no claim (no returns).
